CAD Pattern Development
Keeps size grading consistent across seasons — eliminating manual variance and ensuring every panel meets specification across the full size run.

Manufacturing at Modelama runs as an integrated system across 16 facilities in India, each holding the same embedded quality checkpoints whether an order is a first sample or a two-hundredth repeat.

Our core cluster sits in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, close to Delhi's international airport, northern freight corridors and inland container depots.
SQ. FT. PRODUCTION SPACE
Integrated production space across fifteen state-of-the-art facilities.
PRODUCTION LINES
Structured production lines built for volume and precision.
GARMENTS DAILY
25,000+ garments produced daily, scaling to 8–10 million a year.
ON-TIME DELIVERY
Consistent on-time delivery across 40+ global markets.
How a garment moves through the factory
From cutting to washing, every stage is equipped with advanced machinery and skilled craftsmanship to deliver excellence at every step.

Every cycle starts with fabric validation against fibre composition, weave stability and shrinkage tolerance — ensuring only qualified material enters the production floor.

Lectra CAD/CAM cutting systems and computerized pattern grading hold panel dimensions consistent across the run, reducing material wastage and delivering precision at scale.

High-speed stitching lines built on Adler, Brother and Beisler machinery handle single-needle, double-needle, flatlock and overlock operations under supervisory checkpoints at every station.

Twenty-six multi-head embroidery machines, carrying over 1,000 heads between them, manage branding and detailing with consistent thread tension across bulk orders.

Industrial washing, steam pressing and surface refinement follow, with every garment checked for colour stability and seam integrity before metal and needle detection clears it for packing.

Quality and testing

Building quality into every garment — from fibre to finished product.
Quality control runs in three stages — each designed to catch defects at the point they occur, not after the run is complete.
Pre-Production Validation
Signs off technical packs and fabric approvals before bulk cutting starts — catching specification gaps before they become production defects.
Inline Quality Control
Monitors stitch density and seam alignment while the line is running — catching deviations in real time rather than at the end of the run.
Final Inspection
Follows the AQL 4-point system, backed by German testing machines running to AATCC standards and a Traffic Light system for real-time monitoring.
Fabric-Level Testing
Durability that fails after point-of-sale is still a defect.
Digital Tools

Keeps size grading consistent across seasons — eliminating manual variance and ensuring every panel meets specification across the full size run.

Lets buyers review fit, drape and construction details before physical samples are cut — reducing sample iterations and accelerating approval timelines.
